Gift Type
  1. Choose how many subscription orders you'd like your gift to cover. Options: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
  2. Enter your recipient's name and email, plus a gift message that will be included in the email they receive.
  3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Please ensure the shipping address at checkout is your recipient's address — this is where their boxes will be sent!
  4. Once the order is placed, you'll be charged upfront for the full amount of the gifted subscription.
  5. Your recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their gifted subscription account.
  6. Within their account, your recipient can set their desired first shipment date and diaper size. If baby sizes up before the next shipment goes out, they can easily change sizes in their portal, and delay shipments too, so orders arrive exactly when they're needed.

Kudos Gifted Subscription FAQs

What is a gifted subscription?

A gifted subscription lets you send a set number of Kudos monthly orders to someone you love. Simply choose how many orders you'd like to gift, and the recipient can customize their size and delivery schedule when they're ready. The recipient will also be able to change their diaper size on subsequent monthly orders as baby grows!

How does gifting work?
  1. Choose the number of orders you'd like to gift.
  2. Complete your purchase.
  3. The recipient will receive an email letting them know they've received a gift.
  4. They can claim the gift, choose their size, and select when they'd like their first order to arrive. Subsequent orders will arrive on a monthly basis, and the recipient will be able to continue to change their diaper size, and adjust delivery shipments as needed!

Does the gift start automatically?

No. The gift won't begin until the recipient claims their gift and selects their preferences.

How long does the recipient have to claim their gift?

Recipients have up to 365 days to claim their gift and choose their first order date.

Will the recipient be able to choose their diaper size?

Yes! Once they claim their gift, they'll be able to choose the size that works best for their little one. As their baby grows, the recipient will be able to change their diaper size within their gifted subscription portal.

Can I choose when the recipient's first order ships?

No. The recipient will select their own first order date after claiming the gift.

How many shipments will the recipient receive?

The recipient will receive the exact number of orders you selected when purchasing the gift. By default each order will be sent 4 weeks apart, but your recipient can adjust their delivery schedule as needed.

What if the recipient already uses Kudos?

No problem! Existing customers can still claim a gift subscription. If they need help coordinating their gifted orders with an existing subscription, our Customer Care team is happy to help at hello@mykudos.com

Will the gift expire?

Recipients have one year to activate their gift. Once activated, they'll receive all gifted orders included in the subscription.

What happens after all gifted orders have been delivered?

The gift subscription automatically ends after all gifted orders have been fulfilled.

Can the recipient continue receiving Kudos after their gift ends?

Yes! If they'd like to continue receiving Kudos, they can transition to a regular subscription at any time.

Are gifted subscriptions refundable?
