Optimizing for comfort and fit

As your baby and family grows and evolves, we're doing the same.

Our Kudos engineers are always looking to optimize. So in 2026, we’re adjusting things and it feels really, really good. Soon, you’ll notice some exciting adjustments to our diapers:

  • Upgraded, comfier fit:
    • Expect stretchier, comfort-optimized tabs.
    • Look forward to snugger leg cuffs that work even harder to keep sneaky messes inside the diaper (and off your white couch).
    • For families who have been with Kudos for a long time, the updated diaper fit will feel very familiar, closely aligned with our O.G. diaper model that so many customers loved.
  • Upgraded manufacturing capacity:
    • In order to be able to keep up with the growing demand for our diapers online and at Target, we've moved manufacturing to a new state-of-the-art facility in Mexico with expanded capacity and the ability to make newborn and size 7 diapers -- which will be coming soon!!
  • Slightly different diaper size weight ranges:
    • Our upgraded fit means Kudos diaper sizes need to adjust accordingly.
    • In some cases, the number of diapers per bag or box will adjust as well. 
    • See below for adjusted weight ranges and counts.
